Software Developer

We are thrilled to be helping a new client to hire their next TWO Software Developers with strong Python and Django experience.

This is an early stage startup looking to add a new product to their offering and go to market this year.

The company has one product already used in industry and generating revenue. As they grow the team will be moving to a co-working space in the city where the team will meet at least one day per week to share ideas, collaborate and launch their next product.

Although being a startup our client has outlined a clear career ladder for you to work towards a Senior Developer role and on to leadership if you wish. Each member of the team will be given their own personal development budget which can be used to attend conferences or for online courses.

The salary on offer is £50,000-£70,000

In this position the Software Developer will be tasked with writing code in Python to manage data, write Restful APIs and support the Product Managers to design new product features.

Key Skills Required

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Python & Django
• Experience with the Django Rest Framework
• Database experience with PostgreSQL
• Understanding of Cloud platforms
• Willing to work in the London office 1 day a week

Although not essential, preference will be given to candidates with a Computer Science Degree (or similar) from a recognised University
