Python Developer (Contract)

Senior Full Stack Developer at a fintech in Europe

€40 to €60 per hour. Three month initial contract. Fully remote in Europe.

This new role is with a client in Europe who are a B2B fintech providing services to financial institutions, advisors and investors. They have an existing platform, real traction across Europe, and they need an additional senior pair of hands for the next 3 months.

What you will be doing

• Leading end to end development of new platform features using Python, Django, and some frontend tools like Tailwind.
• Working across product, design and business teams to turn briefs into shipped code.
• Owning delivery on the features you pick up, from architecture through to deployment.
• Pushing on code quality, performance and security in the reviews you are in.

The stack

• Python, Django, modern JavaScript frontend including Tailwind.
• Hosted on AWS.
• GitHub, Sentry and Figma in the day to day.

What they are looking for

• 5+ years of Python and Django in production.
• Strong frontend experience across modern JavaScript and Tailwind.
• Comfortable running a project end to end on your own.
• Available to start inside the next two to three weeks.
• Bonus if you have worked in private markets, fintech or B2B2C platforms.

• €40 to €60 per hour depending on experience.
