Process

How the service looks

Brief

We take a thorough brief on your position(s) taking time to understand you, your team and the requirements of the new position. We will begin the search phase on your behalf.

Search Phase

We have multiple channels to utilise with a Retained search. Our outreach starts by speaking to our network of Developers who we know through the community.

Shortlist

A shortlist of suitable candidates is submitted against the brief. A feedback session is booked to discuss the profiles. We can then move to interview stage or present further candidates.

Initial Interviews

Candidates who fit your brief will be invited for interview. We will help manage these stages collecting and sharing feedback after each contact point.

Technical Tests

If you wish to test the candidates during the process, we will help you find the right balance. Tests come in various shapes and sizes, we will share our knowledge around what works best.

Final Interview

When you are ready to conduct your final interviews we will provide you with further feedback and progress reports for each remaining candidate.

Offer

When you are ready to position your offer and secure your preferred candidate we will be on hand to discuss and advise on the best package to ensure the offer is accepted.

Giving Notice

Our service doesn't stop at the acceptance of your offer. We will help the candidate to go through the steps of giving notice and negotiating their exit from their current employer.

Onboarding

We remain in contact with your new hire throughout their notice period and check in on them regularly. We can be on hand to help with any onboarding during this time.

Aftercare

Once your new hire has started on your team, we will see how they are settling in and pass on any feedback to you. We remain in contact throughout their probation.
