Our Talent Search is the traditional, contingency search service offered to all of our clients.

The Talent Search service yields great results if taken up as an exclusive partnership.

We will advise you of our current job seekers along with "new to market" candidates who match your job specification and fit your budget. Our involvement in the community allows us to build relationships with Django developers throughout their careers, not just when they are looking for a new job. This gives us the opportunity to speak to unique candidates about your role.

In addition, we will advertise your role and share it with our candidate networks, qualifying and introducing suitable candidates in a timely manner.

One in three of our placed job seekers are candidates from underrepresented groups. We endeavour to complete a thorough search, ensuring inclusion, equality and diversity within the candidate pool.

Process

How the service looks

Brief

By understanding you, your team and the requirements of the new position(s) we can start the search knowing the sort of person that will fit your team.

Search & Shortlist

We use our experience and tools to search for suitable candidates. You will be presented with an initial shortlist. Feedback is taken on these options with further candidates sourced throughout.

Interviews

The suitable candidates are invited for interviews. We recommend no more than 3 stages during your process. This includes testing.

Decision Time

Once you have completed the interviewing stages we will provide you with candidate feedback to help you to make your decision.

Offer

We will discuss and advise on the salary required to ensure that any offer you make is accepted. We also support the candidate through their decision making.
